Position Summary

Specific Responsibilities:
Design and implement programs and initiatives related to talent management for assigned client groups or roles, including but not limited to:
Development Programs for select talent and roles
Talent assessment and stratification (e.g., talent capability gaps, calibration/consensus)
Capability tracking (e.g., education, certifications, specialized skills)
Gather, analyze, synthesize and translate business requirements and concepts into dynamic, impactful talent solutions
Leverage instructional design skills to analyze needs, design, develop and deploy learning solutions utilizing appropriate medium/media
Plan and execute logistical needs to ensure successful sessions, events or meetings such as: arranging invites, virtual sessions, etc
Create and distribute communications and materials for processes, training, meetings or events through selected channels (email, intranet pages, Exchange, Oracle, etc)
Monitor project performance against targets and milestones
Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project, proactively escalating issues appropriately
Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior
Other Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with other OD teams and departments in Human Resources to ensure clients’ benefit
•Identify metrics, develop evaluation methodologies, and analyze data to define project-based ROIs
•Utilize LMS to house, deploy, segment, and track training
